Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns

  • You can return your order within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • For discount packs with multiple products, if you return only part of the order, the items not returned will be charged at the original price and deducted from your refund.
  • Please note: Once an order has shipped, cancellations or refunds cannot be processed until delivery is complete.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2 to 5 days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit if preferred.
  • A 15% restocking fee plus the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund total.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled if they are on back order or have not yet shipped.
  • We may cancel orders if the shipping information is incorrect, the address is undeliverable, contact details are wrong, or if there’s a payment risk.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations or changes cannot be processed.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your item is defective or damaged in transit, please contact our customer support immediately.
  • Include a photo of the damaged package and product. We’ll arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
